This page explains how refunds work for "Document Viewer Pro" (the "App") provided by CloudEx Inc. ("we", "us"). If you have any questions about refunds, please contact us directly at the address below rather than going through another channel.

Purchases covered
The App is free to download, and its Premium features are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. This policy applies to Premium purchased through Google Play.
Our basic approach
Premium is digital content that you can use immediately after purchase. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for reasons of personal preference (you changed your mind, bought it by mistake, or no longer need it). If the App works as described, a refund is also not available when its capabilities differ from what you expected.
However, if the Premium features have not worked properly from the time of purchase, we will issue a refund if you contact us within 8 days of your first purchase.
If you purchased on Google Play
- Within 48 hours of purchase, you can use Google's official refund request (Google Play app → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Budget & history" → the order → "Report a problem"). Within this period, Google completes the process.
- If more than 48 hours have passed and your case falls under "Our basic approach" above, please email us at the address above within 8 days of your first purchase. Including your device name, Android version and the problem you see helps us check it quickly.
- Please write to us from the Gmail address of the Google account you used for the purchase. We can identify the order from that address alone, so you do not need to look up the order number.
- Once we confirm that the purchase is eligible, we will process the refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement. Google will also send you a separate refund confirmation email.
If you write from an address different from the one used for the purchase, please reply with the email address of the Google account used for the purchase. Without it we cannot identify the purchase and cannot proceed.
About subscriptions
Premium is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.
Other cases
Copies obtained through channels other than Google Play are not covered by this policy. If you have received a refund before, later repurchases are not eligible for a refund.
